5 Week Weightlifting Program

We will start our winter 5 week lifting program starting Monday November 13th through finals week.
The goal is to start increasing our individual and team strength for the winter. Attendance will be taken weekly along with drawings for shirts each week a player has perfect attendance. Protein shakes and bars are available everyday in the trainers room for $1.
We will lift on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays from 3:30-4:45.
